The document management system securely stores and organizes any type of electronic document including hyperlinks. Folders can be shared within your workgroup to roles, individuals, or just yourself. Security is easy to customize for your workgroup. You can set "read", "write", "delete", "deny access" folder permissions to roles and individuals.

| The document management system now supports versioning, which will allow you to open previous versions of your document. The versioning system also records who uploaded the document and the date.
