Applications - Equipment Tracking
The Equipment Tracking application is designed to keep track of your workgroups equipment. The equipment tracking system has two main parts.

1. Equipment Search.
2. Equipment Management.
The Equipment Tracking application allows all workgroup members to search for the current status/location of your workgroup's equipment. You can search on keywords. You can search on any category (categories are customizable by your workgroup equipment manager). You can look at what equipment has been assigned to individual projects or individuals. You can even search on the status (All, In, Out).
The Equipment Management section allows for managers to enter new equipment into the system and assign the equipment "checked in" or "checked out" to an individual. Workgroup members simply contact the Equipment Manager to "check out" equipment for their use.
