| The Threaded Discussion application provides a forum where workgroup members can conduct an online discussion about a topic over a period of time (the topic is up to the originator!). The application records the responses of all workgroup members in a hierarchical fashion. All workgroup members included in a topic can view and comment on the original topic or any of the subsequent responses.
Any workgroup members can start a new topic. The workgroup member who starts the new thread determines the workgroup members and/or the workgroup roles that can view the new topic. Discussion topics can be created with as little as two workgroup members. Only the topic creator or workgroup members with Administrator rights can delete the topic.
